Giet notices Tsuko running off to the gate and he has a shocked expression on his face. He quickly runs after her and yells out.

Giet: Hey! It's too dangerous you should go back to the tavern!!

Suddenly the monsters burst in through the gates and the flying monsters land down behind us. Giet quickly turned to face the ones behind us.

Giet: Crap! ...I hope you know how tofight cause we are surrounded now.

Giet detaches his sword from his back and holds it infront of him in a defensive position.

Giet: Where is your friend?

*Tsuko jumps up heading out the tavern.*Hey Tsuko wait up!..Um thank you for the drink but I have got to go now! *Sakuya smiles and runs out the tavern and they both head towards the attack.*

Giet has already left the tavern before she even orders her saki. He walks downthe street to town gaurd stoping in front of him.

Giet: So...any assignments for me to do yet or what?

Village Gaurd: What are you talking about?

Giet raises his eyebrow as if confused by the response of the gaurd.

Giet: You know..any attacks on towns from monsters that you heard of as of late?

Village Gaurd: Hahaha your funny Giet..You know as much as I do that there has not been monster attack on a actual village in over 5 years.

Giet sighs with a hint of boredom. He then scratches the back of his head.

Giet: Yeah...I know. You can never be too safe tho.

Suddenly a fireball the size of a truck on a house not too far form where Giet is standing.

Giet: Whoa!

The Gaurd is knocked out by the explosion and looks up at where the attack came from. To Giets surprise he spots hundreds of flying beasts comming down from the heavans shooting multiple fireballs down onto the village.

Giet: Well I guess I have perfect timing.

Giet raises his right hand and grips onto the hilt of his sword that is attached to Giets back. He grins slightly as he slides his left foot behind his right.

Giet: I guess it's party time..

What Giet doesn't know is that there is a massive group of land beasts charging at the gates at that exact moment as well. There are at least five thousand of them. The gates rattle and start to break, one of the village gaurds finnaly able to set the alarm off as a loud ringing is heard throughout the village.

-Meanwhile at the Tavern-

The Tavern shook as the fireballs rained down on the Village. He quickly ducek under the counter.

Bartender: We are under attack!!! Oh my god we are actually under attack!

The bells are now heard in the tavern as well.

Oh ok *Says the girl as she sits up front by the bartender.*..I guess I'll have a bottle of sake..
Tsuko:Drinking already huh..I guess I'll have one too..
Shush Tsuko

The Bartendeer looks over at the girl and her neko friend and smiles.

Bartender: Ah, New customers! Please sit anywhere you like. What can I get you today?

As the Bartender spoke with the girl, Giet finished his drink and stood up looking toward the girl. He simply smiledd as he put money down on the counter.

Giet: Here...that should pay for it right?

The bartender loks down at the cash and his eye widen in utter shock. But shortly after he smiles and says...


Bartender: That is plenty...a bit much actually.

Giet: Yeah I know..whatever extra put toward what she orders.

Giet tilts his head toward the new girl as to show the bartender who he is talking about. The bartener nods in aprouval.

Bartender: You got it Giet...so where ya going?

Giet: I'm heading out to look for jobs to do...a man's gotta earn a living right?

Giet laughs slightly as he starts heading out the door.

A girl and a neko walk into the village and walks around for a while going into the tavern.*

It all begins here..the great nations of Gaurutasia{Ga-Roo-Tay-Ja}(East), Hiegor{Hi-Gore}(South), Urooi{Oo-Rue-Ee}(East), Ryu'Siha{Ryu-See-Ha}(North) have just signed a truce. After one hundred years of war..everything seemed at peace. No ransacking of villages, no dead bodys laying on the ground, and even monster attacks have decreased. To some it is a miricle...to others..it is a bad omen...

-In a small town's Tavern of no significant location-
It was a slow day at the Tavern. The Bartender whom was a fat bald man that stood 7ft tall smirks looking at a young man that looked like he was in his early twentys who wore a Leather jacket, black jeans, and combat boots who was having a drink at the bar. In fact he was one of the only customers that were there that day.

Bartender: "Ay..aren't ya that mercinairy boy? Ya'know that does favors for people?"

The young man slightly smiled and looked up at the bartender that stood right in front of him with his green MAKO filled eyes and calmly answered...

Young Man: "Yes but I would much rather not be called a 'mercinairy'...I prefer to be called by my name."

The young man's smirk changed to a smile as he spoke with confidence and pride.

Young Man: "My name is Giet Kucheki. SOLDIER first class."

(I would have more but I figured that was a good enough start. ^^ Also I know his attitude doesn't match his story...but that is only because he is mature..and doesn't dwell in the past.)
